At Wholesale Crystals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural specimens; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that due to the unique nature of minerals, items must be returned with their original labels and protective packaging to ensure safe transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the crystals to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap each crystal in its original bubble wrap or protective casing and place it in a sturdy shipping box to prevent breakage during return shipping.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
